Trident has a diverse customer base which includes both large pharma and small pharma/biotech companies. We currently represent over 40 customers whom are evenly distributed between international and local companies. The majority of Tridents work is repeat business from our regular customers, or from referrals from our many satisfied customers. Increasingly key clinical trial sites are recommending Trident as their preferred monitoring team.

Trident enjoys preferred provider status for a number of companies and for the key phase I units in Australia.
