Many CROs set out to simply be the largest service provider. Trident's mission is not to be the largest company in the region or to compete with the large multi-nationals in size or revenue. For us quality is the key – it is our aim to be the leading company in the region in terms of delivering high quality services. This key value has driven Trident to develop an extensive quality system, a system which would place us highly amongst much larger CROs. Yet we are able to retain all the advantages of being an independent smaller provider including: flexibility, attentiveness and cost efficiency.

We recognize that the other key factor in providing high quality services is our staff. Expertise, experience and stability are critical factors in the delivery of quality services and Trident has been able to successfully develop a team which achieves all these factors. Trident is a staff focused company and has introduced a variety of programs to both provide for retention of staff and to provide for ongoing development of staff. This has allowed Trident to be recognized as an employer of choice in the local industry.
