Trident QMS Trident is committed to managing all aspects of it's business in an environment governed by quality standards and controls and in compliance with relevant regulations and current best practice. Trident’s Quality Management System is based on the philosophy of continuous improvement. Appropriate quality standards are identified for each operational department and mandated in strictly controlled policies and procedures. Any variations to these procedures are documented and assessed for potential change to improve any aspect of operations. Mechanisms are built in to our QMS for Incident Management and Customer Complaint Handling to ensure we are meeting customer needs and improving all aspects of our business. All functional areas of Trident are subject to annual assessment for compliance to SOPs and reports are submitted to the Management Team. In addition, Trident QA performs study audits on key client projects and complex trials to ensure the highest level of quality. |
