From inception Trident has strived to preserve a strong commitment to our staff. Trident has successfully maintained the staff focused culture throughout the last 11 years and is still recognized as preferred employer by many in our industry. Trident is dedicated to continued staff training and one of the results of which is motivated and confident CRA’s who can handle any challenge. Trident has an outstanding reputation for the quality of its staff.

Whilst other CROs have difficulty retaining staff, Trident continues to maintain excellent staff stability throughout all locations. We believe the flexibility offered to staff, as well as the support they receive from our managers and directors all assist with staff retention.
Our staff is arguably the most experienced of all CROs in Australia. The average industry experience is over 8 years. Our management team average 15-20+ years experience and are arguably the most experienced management team in the region.
