Project Management

Trident understands that project management is integral to the success of a clinical trial. Your business is our business, and we aim to ensure all trials are managed as you require. Trident has extensive experience in clinical trial management.

Whilst Trident has its own project tracking system, we are flexible in working with your company's own tracking systems.

Trident only provides high quality, committed and experienced staff for project management. Our project managers always go that extra yard to ensure that milestones are reached and timelines are met.

The Project Manager serves as your primary point of contact and has direct responsibility for all aspects of the clinical trial.

Our project managers are also very knowledgeable about local regulations and can assist with the regulatory requirements when setting up a study in Australia, India and New Zealand. Our project managers can provide guidance on labelling requirements, import permits and local indemnification and insurance issues.

Trident is also a registered enterprise in Australia with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), so can act as your representative locally. We can provide you with the following:
