8 February 2008- Trident announces establishment of New Zealand Operation Trident is pleased to announce that Trident Clinical Research NZ Limited has commenced operations in New Zealand. Trident NZ is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian parent company and will conduct operations under the management of Trident Australia. The new Trident operation will provide locally based resources for Trident’s customers which will improve efficiencies in the conduct of trails in New Zealand. The operation will also facilitate local sponsorship for clinical trials.

Trident Announces Opening of New Brisbane Office Trident is very pleased to announce the opening of Trident Clinical Research India Private Limited. Trident India completed registration requirements on the 12th September 2006 and is now operational in Mumbai. Trident India provides a seemless extension to the Trident Australia services with shared infrastructure and procedures ensuring an efficient and high quality service. The Indian operation is headed by our Mangaging Director, Dr Samir Sadekar. Samir is supported by an experienced team of research professionals suitable to handle the services in India. India has recently been identified as one of the key growth countries by several large pharmaceutical and clinical research organisations. A large patient population, well trained and experienced investigators, well trained and English speaking study teams, good infrastructure and improved regulatory processes has provided an excellent environment for the growth of clinical research in India over the last few years. This is likely to increase further and we are excited to be a part of the growth. This is also associated with significantly lower costs of running studies including service fees and study costs. Trident has been fortunate to have one of Australia’s most experienced data management professionals, Peter Fursdon, join Trident to head the Data Management Department. Peter has over 15 years' data management experience in the clinical research industry and has worked in Australia and the UK where he has headed data management departments in a number of CROs. Peter is joined by a team of experienced professionals to complete the data management team. Our data management system is rigorously validated to meet FDA CFR 21 part 11 requirements and data management services include:
April 2005: Trident Announces Opening of New Melbourne Office The Trident team from around Australia came together on 31 March 2005 to celebrate the opening of our new Melbourne office. The office located at 12 Cato Street, Hawthorn East, 3123 VIC is ideally situated in a brand new corporate building only 10 minutes from the city and 30mins from the airport. The new office provides a focal point for our growing Melbourne team and provides the infrastructure for large projects to be run from Melbourne. Trident now has three main offices: Adelaide (Head Office), Sydney and Melbourne. May 2004: Trident Wins International Business AwardAdelaide-based Trident Clinical Research has been named 2004 Outstanding Incubator Business at a prestigious international event in the US. The local company won the manufacturing/service category at the National Business Incubation Association's 18th International Conference on Business Incubation in Atlanta.
